Mid week progress

Things are going really well. I’m sticking to my calorie counting strictly and trying to keep things balanced.

Weighed in again this morning another 4lb lost! Seems excessive amounts are being lost in these early stages but guessing this will slow up shortly and I’m hoping to continue a steady weekly loss. Really enjoying being out on my bike again even if it is only currently in short stints to and from work.

Took a slight detour on my way to work today to take in an off road climb. Roughly a 100metre climb but gaining 30metres in height by the summit. I did two loops of this to try and give myself a bit more of a challenge.
