weekly weigh in 1-3-2013

Time for another weigh in, better than expected 1.6lb lost this week. Total loss this year 35.4lb so still going well.

February saw me complete 138.84 miles (up 18 on last month), the longer rides ive started doing helping with this. Hopefully get a few more of these in during march to boost the numbers up.

Really happy with the changes i’ve made, the weight loss is improving my general health, clothing fitting much better. According to my wife i snore less too so that can only be a good thing for her if not me lol.
